Air Duct Cleaning — $789
Up to 10 areas on 1 attached system · $85 each additional area

The $789 base price includes cleaning up to 10 areas connected to one HVAC system. Each additional HVAC system hookup is $75. Additional areas beyond 10 are $85 each.
Optional add-on
Includes up to 20 feet of dryer vent line. Additional length, water in the line, disconnected ductwork, pest or bird nests, severe blockage or repairs may change pricing.
Dryer vent cleaning is a separate service and is not included in air duct cleaning.
Optional duct disinfectant
Up to 1,000 sq. ft. $199; 1,500 $229; 2,000 $259; 2,500 $299; 3,000 $349; 3,500 $399; 4,000 $449. Above 4,000: $0.12 per additional sq. ft.
Air Duct Cleaning — $789 for up to 10 areas connected to one HVAC system. Each additional area is $85. Each area covers up to 200 sq. ft. with unlimited vents within that area. Kitchen and breakfast area are separate. Standard cleaning does not include disinfectant.
Important — suspected microbial growth: If suspected microbial growth is discovered during the initial inspection or when technicians remove or open vent covers, work will be paused. Our technicians will reassess the appropriate cleaning procedures and any changes to pricing, explain their findings, and obtain your approval before continuing.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Cleaning starts at $235 for a standard vent up to 20 feet. Additional length, difficult access, repairs or severe blockage may require a separate quote.
Chimney Cleaning
Important: Our technicians clean from inside the property. Roof access above one story and steep or hazardous roofs are not included. Heavy or glazed creosote requires additional cleaning and a separate price after inspection.
Carpet Cleaning
Starting at $235 for up to three areas. Furniture moving, additional areas and special treatments are assessed and confirmed before cleaning.
Air Handler & Furnace Cleaning
If you're unsure of the system type, technicians can identify it during the walkthrough and confirm pricing before work begins.
Includes safely accessible blower, heating compartment and evaporator coil. Outdoor condenser cleaning is separate.

Extensive disassembly, repairs, heavy buildup or microbial growth may require a separate quote.
Inspection & Assessment
On-site inspection starts at $155 within approximately 45 minutes of our office. Cleanup, mold remediation, crawlspace projects, insulation installation and repairs are quoted separately. Longer travel may require approval and an additional trip charge.
Technicians perform a full walkthrough and area count on arrival. Final pricing may change for additional areas, square footage, access, heavy debris, repairs or microbial growth. Changes require your approval.
